For Mango ice cream Ingredients :
- 4 cup thickened cream / heavy cream / whipping cream ( 35% milk fat)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 cup mango pulp
- 6 drops yellow food colour (optional)

- Now add ½ pc of sugar and beat for 2 minutes or until stirring.

- Whisk it again for 2 minutes or until the mixture becomes creamy.
- If you wish, add 3 drops of yellow food color to bring a dark yellow color to it.
