Ingredients of Tandoori Chicken

  • 8 (2 pieces breast, 2 pieces, wings)
  • chicken grind
  • Oil to taste

For marination:

  • 4 tsp red chili paste
  • 3 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 lemon juice

To make Tandoori Masala:

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 5 Green Cardamom
  • 3 large cardamom
  • 2 tsp Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric

How to make Tandoori Chicken?

To prepare the marination:

In a bowl, add ginger and garlic paste, red chili paste, chaat masala, tandoori masala, oil, curd, salt, and lemon juice. Mix it well.

Step 2:-
Apply this marination to the chicken pieces. Make small cuts on the chicken pieces so that the marination reaches the inside.

Step 3:-
Marinate the chicken pieces for 30 minutes.

Step 4:-
In a grill or oven, grill the chicken pieces four times. Keep turning it over and over

Serve it with shallots and pieces of lemon.

To make Tandoori Masala:

1. Dry roast cinnamon, black pepper, green cardamom, large cardamom, whole coriander, cumin, cloves, bay leaf, and turmeric in a pan.
2. Grind this spice in Okhli or Mixi. The masala is ready.
3. If you are cooking it in the oven, keep the temperature of 250-300 degrees.
4. Serve hotly.
